ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

DalMUN is an official student-led model United Nations event that has been held every year in Cheongna Dalton School since 2015. With this year’s conference being the 10th annual DalMUN event, DalMUN has proven to be one of the most successful events that continues to grow every year.

 

The event is also aligned with the core values of our school: the 6 Cs. In particular, it emphasizes ‘Communication’ and ‘Collaboration.’ In the overall process of debate, students are able to grow their communication skills and enhance their public speaking skills by sharing their country stances. In the process of drafting resolutions and submitting amendments, they are able to further improve upon their collaboration skills as they need to come up with a unified resolution.
